STEP 1 – CHOOSE THE TYPE OF CLEAN YOU NEED; BY THE ROOM, BY THE HOUR, OR MOVE IN/MOVE OUT CLEAN.
BY THE ROOM – this is a good option for an initial or one-time, DEEP clean. You know exactly what it will cost to have each room thoroughly cleaned, regardless of the level of cleanliness or how long it takes to clean. Select the overall square footage of your home (this is how we scale the job and know how many team members to send). Then, select the rooms you’d like cleaned.
BY THE HOUR – select the number of hours of cleaning you would like to purchase (minimum 4, maximum 12 per day). This is a good option for ongoing, regularly scheduled maintenance cleaning. We scale the job and decide on the number of team members to send; the hourly rate is applied to the total number of cleaning hours (ie. if you purchase 4 hours of cleaning and we dispatch two cleaners, that will be 2 hours of work for each cleaner).
PLEASE NOTE: For customers who reside outside of Ponoka and Lacombe town limits, a mileage rate of $1/km (round trip) will apply (and will be invoiced by email, post-clean, for online bookings.)

That’s it. No quotes, no meeting us; you book, we show up.
*Note: An appointment can be cancelled with full refund/no payment required up to 7 days prior to the cleaning. Appointments cancelled within 7 days of the cleaning are non-refundable (full payment required) but can be rescheduled at no extra charge.
Includes exterior cabinets, backsplash, appliance exterior, kick plate, counters wiped and sanitized, under sink organized, floors mopped or hand washed, baseboards wiped, and sink polished. One eating area/table is included in this price. If you have an additional dining space, please book our “dining room” option as well.
Add this room if you have more than one dining space/table space. Kitchen clean includes one dining table/eating area.
Includes dusting, vacuuming upholstered furniture, floors, baseboards, reachable light fixtures, spot washing walls, window sills, windows, and hard surface blinds. We only move furniture that is reasonable to move and all furniture must have foot protection.
Bathroom – Full Bath
Full detail of bathroom including shower glass and or tub and tub surround, fixtures, reachable light fixtures, countertops, mirrors, floors. Baseboards wiped and walls spot washed.
Bathroom – Half Bath
Full detail of bathroom including all fixtures and surfaces, towels laundered (if appointment time permits), reachable light fixtures, mirrors, floors. Baseboards wiped and walls spot washed.
All surfaces and reachable light fixtures dusted and cleaned, floors vacuumed or mopped, baseboards wiped, walls spot washed. Please strip beds prior to our arrival and leave fresh bedding for us to make up beds. If not, we will use the original bedding to make them up. Furniture will be moved within reason.
Washing machine detailed, dryer vent vacuumed, baseboards cleaned and walls spot washed. Please note, we do not pull out the machines.
All surfaces and reachable light fixtures dusted and cleaned, floors vacuumed or mopped, baseboards wiped, walls spot washed. Don’t worry, we won’t touch your papers!

Customer must run self-clean the night before if their oven is self-cleaning. We cannot spray self-cleaning ovens with oven cleaner, it ruins the finish. We will detail the interior and exterior. We do not pull out appliances.
Cleaned inside and out, all expiry dates checked. Note: Depending on the floor finish, we may not be able to pull out the fridge to clean behind or underneath as we do not want to run the risk of damaging the floor.

WHOLE HOUSE MOVE IN/MOVE OUT CLEANS
Our availability to do move/in move out cleans is very limited; all bookings must by arranged by phone. Home must be vacant with no furniture or belongings. All surfaces and reachable light fixtures dusted and cleaned, floors mopped, baseboards wiped, walls spot washed, kitchen and bathrooms detailed. We make it move-in-ready for the next owner or tenant.
